The japanese pizza so called Original 'Okonomiyaki Hiroshima' Style 日本正宗广岛烧饼

Hiroshima Mayo which comes with vege, pork, squid, prawn, egg, SOBA & Mayonnaise. (RM19) very small portion just like small size pizza however taste totally different!!! which is nice.

Yaki Soba (Omelette noodle) just like our mee pataya. (RM11)

Overall it is just nice to try something special, but 1 thing i like is there is no service and government charges hehe. Satisfaction 2.8 star.

Teamwork!!!!!!!

08 Nov 2008, sat, 1.30am

I cant sleep at this time 1.30am as i susposed in a sweet dream. Why cant I sleep because of "teamwork"!!!!.. I was being question by a senior that i have no teamwork because i go home early!!!!

As auditor we are required to have teamwork, to work as a team. Im really doubt what actually teamwork is???? How can a senior judged i have no teamwork because i go home at the time of 7pm which i have completed my job and our official working hour is 8.30am to 5.30pm.

As according to Oxford dictionary, teamwork defines as "Cooperative effort by the members of a group or team to achieve a common goal". Notwithstanding that we are required to have effective collaboration to work as a team to complete our assignment on time. However, im really curious that why should senior auditor mindset we junior must stay late together with senior although we have nothing to help but stay late in the office or client office together with them and just to show senior that we have teamwork with the hope we can get boost our AR in order to get promoted or not to be penalised.

Teamwork it shouldnt only work as a team or willing to stay late with senior but communication, sharing, listening, discussing, respecting, helping each other and to all members. It should be two way communication, interact between the team members and more importantly senior should set as the tone of the top to work well in the team environment to have quality, sustainability effective teamwork!!!!

Therefore, i really wish that senior please dont simply criticised junior have no teamwork because they wanted to go home early after working hour before you get the definition of "teamwork". Because it really hurt!!!

and i personally refer this kinda teamwork!!!Cheerrrr

Yen& Chai‘s Wedding

Yen and i have been best friends our whole lives since standards 2 then heres come elyn, emily, grace n tsui to to group Flower 5. Then she met chai who got rid of her standards or maybe Chai has proven himself to be a great man and Yen is very happy in her relationship with him after their Bali trip. The fact is none of us who sees them together or they are forced to be together due to accident. LOL. Throughout the years, I have been blessed with our friendship and she is the one rare friend in my life who always been there with me. Thanks for being there with me when i was 1st shifted into Klang house, we shared joy and tear and that will be my unforgettable memory. We have certainly been through a lot together. HOW to Make Him See Things Your Way

Lucky you!
You've landed a man.
He's sweet and sexy, hunky and smart.
EVEN your parent approves.

BEFORE he gets too cocky, though,

its time to show him

WHO'S IN CHARGE.

NO,

this isn't about putting him on a leash

or turning him into a robot.

He just needs to see and do things

YOUR ways

The good news is, men are like puppies:

THEY CAN BE TAUGHT TO OBEY.

You simply need some smarts and some patience.

With practice, you'll have him

EATING OUT OF YOUR HAND.

So let's get started.

A little charm goes a long way

when it comes to getting him to do what YOU want.

MEN have giant egos

and anything that feeds

those ego will make him pay attention.

So go ahead,

reinforce his good behavior with flattery.

Praise the manly way he pushes a vacuum.

Gush over the way he heats canned soup.

Ooh and aah

over his bulging biceps when he takes out the garbage!

Tell him how smart he is for remembering

Valentine's Date?, Your Birthday.?

But let's say your man ALREADY thinks he's hot stuff.

He thinks he's sexy when he vacuums.

This dude need to be humbled.

Show him who's BOSS.

NEXT TIME he forgets to call,

show up late, or talks kindly of his former girlfriend,

STRIP HIM OF HIS BASIS.

PITCH his remote control.

Put a padlock on the fridge.

TOSS his beer uts to the squirrels.

Does he want a night out with the boys?

Sure, you say with a sly smile.

When all's said and done,

you'll be thrilled with your newly

made -over man.

Not only will he know

WHO'S IN CHARGE,

he'll also know

WHEN TO RUB YOUR FEET,

bring you that cup of tea like the QUEEN you are.

You'll know you did a good job

when you hear him say to his friends:

"I have to check with (your name) first."

"I'd rather stay home with (your name)."

"Let's ask (your name) to join us."

And to you:

"What would you like to do dear?"

"Your wish is my command."

"You're right, of course."
